An interactive kit for kids' at-school nationwide Jump Rope for Heart program .
Art direction: concept, illustration, typography and design.
Jump Rope for Heart is a nationwide in-school program for kids in Canada by the Heart and Stroke Foundation. A new design was required for the program. The concept was to create a family of characters that would come alive in an activity book that kids could use in school and at home to begin to learn about health and physical activity using a jump rope. The kit was designed to have a bilingual activity book, with stickers to complete challenges. It also came with various collateral such as posters and cut-out hearts to stick up in school gyms and a pledge envelope for fundraising.
