Identity rebrand of the Heart&Stroke Foundation after 60 years.

Creative in-house lead and designer: Nida Khan.
Working in collaboration with Pentagram, worked to rebrand the Heart&Stroke brand after 60 years. Paula Scher designed the iconic logo, as the Creative Lead in-house at Heart&Stroke Foundation I led the rebrand and designed collateral to bring the identity alive for the Foundation's various subbrands.
