In-house creative lead on Make Health Last campaign. Canadians are living longer, but not necessarily healthier. Many spend their final 10 years with sickness and disease. We developed a comprehensive tool to help people make small changes to five key risk areas and drastically reduce their risk of heart disease and stroke—so they can live out their final years in good health.
